Description

A female torbie cat (tortoiseshell tabby cat) was found patrolling along a stack of wood boards under the eaves of a garage. And she sprayed urine at the base of a rusty iron pole. When she saw the overgrown yard ahead, she had cold feet and came back. And then she scratched the surface of a wood bard with her clawed paws on the way. In those behaviours, she marked the border of her territory. Finally, the domestic cat (Felis silvestris, family Felidae) bothered wading through the overgrown vegetation (Iris flowers and other weeds) to deter around me and went back to her home beside the quiet side street in the countryside. Captured in the sunny early-afternoon (around 13:50 PM) of late-May 2026 in Japan. For a full story (text in Japanese); https://sigma-nature-vlog.blogspot.com/2026/07/blog-post_252.html
