This episode comes from the archives part of a project we proudly supported alongside the Dreamfest team. At the time, this was an ambitious and independent attempt to document real drag racers, real regions, and real rivalries outside of traditional media. What started as a raw documentary-style series became something much bigger. It helped ignite the North vs South movement we all recognize today uniting imports and domestics, spotlighting independent racers, and proving that grassroots drag racing could tell its own story. This project wasn’t about hype it was about authenticity. No scripts. No shortcuts. Just racers, pride, and competition meeting in the middle. Looking back, it stands as a unique and successful moment in drag racing history, and we’re proud to bring it back for those who were there and those discovering it for the first time.
