This Japanese restaurant has been serving Japanese Chinese food since 1969 and is deeply rooted in local Japan food culture. Originally run by an elderly man with no successor, the shop was nearly destined to close. That is until Erika san, a customer and Japanese woman from the area, stepped forward out of pure love for his japanese cuisine. Despite resistance and doubt, she persisted until she earned the chance to begin her apprenticeship with him.
