A newly-formed TD known locally as “BASYANG” is set to pass over Caraga and Northern Mindanao this late Thursday Night and then traverse Central and Western Visayas on Friday. This system could reach Tropical Storm prior in making landfall tomorrow late evening. It also expected to bring moderate to heavy to at times intense, torrential rains + severe thunderstorms across the areas mentioned.
