We ended up redoing the whole boat because we wanted to keep it for ourselves. The problem is that a couple months later the boat we were originally looking for became available on Facebook Marketplace so after buying the Whaler we knew we needed to sell the Polar. We had put a lot more money into it, more than we would have if we originally planned on flipping it. We ended up losing around $50,000 on the whole boat.
