Pam the Bird graffiti artist in Bolte Bridge standoff with police

A man is still atop a 140-metre tower on a Melbourne bridge, causing major delays for thousands of drivers on CityLink and the West Gate Freeway. Police say he climbed the bridge in the early hours and abseiled down the concrete pillar to spray-paint the notorious Pam the Bird character.
