As a writer, you might not know much about building information architecture, but you do know that you should probably test what you have. But testing is time consuming and expensive. Or is it? Tree testing is a fantastic method of forming and validating information architecture decisions within our content design, and it requires relatively little resources to set up and conduct, even if you don’t have access to user testing software like Optimal. Learn how this testing method can be useful to building IA for your content, as well as when you should use tree testing rather than other methods.
