Emmanuel Matari was leading a tour through Tarangire National Park, Tanzania, on January 22 when he spotted a baboon troop defending their roost. Dramatic footage captured the irate monkeys swiping at a young male leopard stuck at the top of the palm tree. After battling for more than two hours, the leopard was finally able to leap off the trunk, before sprinting away to safety with one of the baboons in hot pursuit.
