No small task. We’re talking crisp, spit-grilled marinated pork shaved straight off the trompo, topped with grilled pineapple, onion, coriander and salsa 🤤🔥 These tacos were loaded, and halfway in the taco sweats were real. Lucky I had plenty of ice cold Jarritos to keep things moving 🥤❄️ Not only were these tacos elite, the place was absolutely PACKED… line out the door all night. Safe to say word is out, Cartel Del Taco is the go-to spot for a proper Mexican feed. I managed to take down 50 Trompo tacos in 18mins 35secs.
