The BEST Mexican Brunch in LA // A Huevo Cafe

I think I just found the BEST Mexican brunch in LA 😮‍💨🇲🇽 Pulled up to @ahuevocafela in Los Angeles and went full J Webby mode on their menu. Started with the Parrillada de Chilaquiles. This was crispy corn tortilla chips stacked with beef asada, sunny side up eggs, red and green salsa. This plate could feed 2 to 3 people easy… but you already know I handled it solo. Eight minutes down and it was time for the Breakfast Parrillada. This one’s for the protein gains 💪 New York steak, 6oz of asada, eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, plus toast, beans and sauce on the side. Absolute weapon of a platter. Twenty minutes in and I needed something sweet, so I washed it down with an Oreo mocha before finishing with a full latte flight ☕️ Safe to say I left @ahuevocafela full… and properly caffeinated.
