The bizarre reason this Privilege Style 777 replaced a Westjet 787…

Here’s a bundle of footage I accumulated over the past year, specifically featuring this iconic Boeing 777. This was made possible as it as a broader part of an urgent AD-HOC charter that was necessitated by Westjet themselves. The culprit behind the desperate lift was a result of one of their 787s suffering an electronic systems blackout, which was later cited to be a result of a rather unglamorous event that conspired of a lavatory leak. Thus Westjet hired in Privilege Style to cover for their tight summer schedule with their exquisite looking Boeing 777; rhythmically operating the London - Calgary schedule for the good portion of the month till their 787 was patched up for duty again. It certainly made for an interesting sight that was for certain! All footage was taken during the first few weeks of June 2025 in varying degrees of weather. Registration: EC-OJL
