Francisco Pobe explained the common mistakes made by voter registration applicants, especially first-time voters, regarding their proof of identity. For deactivated voters, he said they only need to go to the Comelec office for reactivation. This is in line with the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) on November 2, 2026.
