PHASE ONE: WIRE STRIPPING 1. Measure the PCB thickness with a caliper. This will determine how much insulation should be removed from the wire. 2. Identify the wire’s material and gauge. 3. Calculate the stripping length. 4. Apply the correct parameters on the WSS station. 5. Adjust the mechanical stop to precisely match the calculated length. 6.
