銀座の隠れた名店、おでん居酒屋。カウンター席で熱々のおでんと日本酒を楽しめるお店です。 特に厚切り大根、特製つくね、湯葉がおすすめで、濃厚で旨味たっぷりの出汁が印象的でした。それ以外にも、様々な種類のおでんや、日本酒に合う和食（うなぎ、天ぷら、海鮮など）を楽しむことができました。 🏡Oden Ore no Dashi(おでん 俺のだし) 🚃긴자역 도보 4분(5-minute walk from Ginza Station) 📍Metro Building 1F, 7-6-6 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 🍢A hidden gem of a local Oden bar and Izakaya in Ginza, Tokyo. It’s the perfect spot to sit at the counter, sipping on sake while enjoying piping hot oden. The rich, deeply savory broth was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend the thickly sliced daikon radish, the house-special tsukune (chicken meatballs), and the tofu yuba. On top of that, they offer a great selection of other Japanese dishes that pair beautifully with sake, including eel, tempura, and fresh seafood.
