Jack the koala chows down

1300KOALAZ' Jack was brought in with suspected dental disease. Lucky for him that was not the case but unlucky for him it was found that he was suffering from a UTI (urinary tract infection). Jack will remain with a carer whilst he is on medication to clear up the infection. He is a lovely young boy only 3-4 years old and will be released once he is cleared by the vets. Have you seen how big that leaf is? It was handed to him by his carer which is why he is just biting chunks out of it instead of the usual way koalas eat them, which is by biting it off the twig at the stem end and then eating it down to the tip of the leaf. We don't care how he eats it it's just lovely to see him with a healthy appetite.
