Netanyahu and Rubio Meet as US Iran Negotiations Loom

MetroTV, Benjamin Netanyahu met US Secretary of State Marco Rubio for talks in DC on Wednesday, ahead of the Israeli PM's meeting with Donald Trump. Footage shows the pair signing and holding an agreement, which the Israeli side said was official membership for the president's new 'Board of Peace'. Trump and Netanyahu are set to discuss the US-Iran nuclear talks from last week in Oman. “On this trip, we will discuss a range of issues: Gaza, the region, but of course, first and foremost, negotiations with Iran," the Israeli PM said ahead of his trip. It comes after Trump appeared to step back from the brink on strikes on Iran last month - with Tehran accusing the president of fuelling rioters in the country.
