Something HUGE from FNQ rolled into the detailing bay. The owner of this custom-built Unimog truck couldn’t find anything to remove the built-up mud, grime and stubborn stains from red dirt, so we put our 4WD range to work 💪 Able to easily crawl underneath, we started with Down & Dirty on the underbody & stained mudguards. This formula is packed with chelating agents to break down and dissolve red dirt, grime and heavier minerals. We then tackled the monster wheels with more Down & Dirty, alongside a cap of Dirty Times Wash in the wheel bucket to help lubricate and lift the grime, using Little Stiffys and The Chubby brushes. Our new Wet Dreams V2 was applied to the wet wheels once cleaned to add a super hydrophobic protection. Our stronger cleaning formula, Mega Snow Job, was then used in our Snow Blow Cannon as a pre-wash to soften and loosen the majority of the dirt, and to reduce the risk of inflicting swirls and scratches into the paint before moving onto the hand wash — using Dirty Times Wash with anti-rust additives and a lower pH for safe yet strong removal of damaging salt, minerals and red dirt. Up next, Happy Ending, our super hydrophobic finishing foam, was perfect for a fast and easy application to this larger vehicle. This was followed by drying using The Twisted Mother Sucker, a mega-sized, super absorbent towel, sprayed with some Boss Gloss for fast & easy drying of this supersized vehicle. Sweet Rubber was applied to these big old tyres for a durable, super dark finish that’s also incredibly hydrophobic, so it repels water and dirt. We finished the deep clean with our safe and effective underbody protection spray — Under Armer. Formulated to help prevent corrosion by repelling mud and grime, as well as salt and sand from bonding to the underbody, in an easy spray-on, rinse-off application that cures clear. Now this beast is clean, protected and ready to head back up to Mission Beach
