Add oil and mix well. Gradually add water and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 20–30 minutes. Step 2: Make the Filling Heat oil in a pan. Add Swaroma Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté until fragrant. Add sliced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes. Add capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and shredded carrot. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes on high flame. Add the mashed boiled potatoes and mix well. Season with salt, black pepper powder, Swaroma Chilli Powder, chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined. Switch off the flame. Step 3: Cook the Franky Wrap Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin roti. Cook the roti on a hot tawa from both sides until light golden spots appear. Apply a little oil or butter while cooking for extra softness. Step 4: Assemble Place the prepared filling in the center of the cooked wrap. Roll it tightly into a franky.
