Last week I flew from Canada to Miami to escape the Arctic cold and link up with my boys @dougly_ovn and @nikhogiglio for a late-night freestyle calisthenics session. After nearly 2 months dealing with a shoulder injury, it felt incredible to finally send dynamic moves again and push my limits.
