The first year was a complete failure, year two was closer to a working ice boat, and this year we built the perfect ice boat! This scratcher boat is fast and works great! We had up to 4 people in the boat and it moved really well even with all of that weight. This was a fun DIY project and I'm glad we got it working this year.
