INGREDIENTS -Bought 1Kg frozen squid rings (NOTE!!! when thawed it was only 760g so follow the 760g for this recipe) -4Tbsp fish sauce -1Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning -1tsp garlic powder -ground black pepper -6Tbsp flour and 6Tbsp cornstarch (NOTE!!! there could be some liquid left from the thawing process/washing then straining.. so you might need to add a bit more of the equal parts of flour and cornstarch to make the consistency a thick paste.. add bit by bit as needed) -in separate bowl, 200g all purpose flour -100g cornstarch -1tsp baking powder -1tsp salt -almost 2Cups COLD water (add more water bit by bit as needed to make it into a thin batter like in the video) -in a separate bowl, plain flour for coating the marinated squid rings -cooking oil for frying -Here is my ALL AROUND VINEGAR DIP = https://youtu.be/WR8hKvwQYLs -Please notify me in the comment section if I forgot an ingredient(s) 😉😊😁 Want to promote your brand/products through my channel???
