A chicken was clucking nearby and accidentally woke a sleeping baby in a stroller — a funny little moment before cooking 😅 (Of course, not the same chicken!) After that, I cooked a whole chicken tapaka-style over open fire 🔥 I cut it along the breast, flattened it with a mallet, rubbed it with chicken spices, oil, and grilled it in a rack. Right before finishing, I brushed the chicken with butter mixed with garlic and parsley and let it cook a few more minutes over the fire.
