INGREDIENTS
Dip:
3/4 Cup plain yogurt
1/2 Tsp powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 Tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Other:
1/2 Cup peanuts
3 Medium potatoes
1/2 Cup Bhagar/sama chawal/vrat chawal/barnyard millet
1 Tsp ghee
2-3 Pinch red chilli powder
Pinch of black pepper
1 Tsp oil
Pomegranate
Cucumber
METHOD
- Wash barnyard millet (sama) and add to boiling water along with salt and ghee. Cover and cook at low flame till done.
- Boil peanuts with some salt for 5-6 whistles.
- Chop boiled potatoes, sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper, salt and a little oil and mix well.
- Air fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Whisk yogurt and add salt, powdered sugar, black pepper and coriander. Mix well.
- On a plate, place some cooked sama rice, air fried potatoes, chopped cucumber, some pomegranate, boiled peanuts and yogurt mix. Mix, eat and ENJOY!
