Someone 👶 (and something 🥓) have arrived! 👀

Yoly and I are thrilled to share that baby Manuela has arrived! ❤️ And in true Spanish style, one of our friends sent us the ultimate new-parent gift... JAMÓN! (And lots of it.) Cured meats like jamón are often off-limits during pregnancy in Spain because of the risk of toxoplasmosis (an infection that can be passed through undercooked or cured meats.) But now that our baby's here, jamón is firmly back on the menu! I’ll be taking a few weeks off to enjoy time with the family, but I'm looking forward to getting back into things again soon.
