Charles Bryan is 24 and he loves football more than almost anything. He plays for PSG's One Team, a programme built for young neurodivergent people, where he's found confidence, friendship and belonging.
Diagnosed with autism at age four and non-verbal until he was six, Charles has spent six years with One Team, growing more independent every day. Last year, he travelled to Houston for the Genuine Cup, an international tournament bringing together neurodivergent athletes from football clubs around the world.
Marthe, Charles’ mum, praises the team spirit that Charles carries with him off the pitch and the resilience he's learned from both winning and losing.
Watch the transformative impact that sport can have when everyone has the opportunity to play.
