Cookies chocolat super nickel Ici on ne compte pas les calories… on compte le chocolat. 310 g farine 1 c. à thé (5 ml) bicarbonate de soude 1/2 c. à thé (2,5 ml) poudre à pâte 1 c. à thé (5 ml) fécule de maïs 160 g sucre brun 100 g sucre 225 g beurre non salé (beurre noisette) 2 œufs 2 c. à thé (10 ml) vanille 1/2 c. à thé (2,5 ml) sel 225 g chocolat mi-sucré, haché 170g chocolat noir, haché Fleur de sel (optionnel) Préparation 1. Faire un beurre noisette avec le beurre et laisser tiédir. 2. Mélanger beurre noisette, sucre brun et sucre. 3. Ajouter les œufs un à la fois, puis la vanille. 4. Mélanger les ingrédients secs et les incorporer doucement (ne pas trop travailler la farine). 5. Ajouter le chocolat. Quand tu penses qu’il y en a assez… tu doubles. 6. Réfrigérer la pâte 45–60 minutes. 7. Former de grosses boules (~90 g). 8. Cuire sur plaque avec papier parchemin 12–14 min à 190°C. Croustillant dehors. Fondant dedans.
