City Posted WARNINGS on This Corner House – Here’s What I Did

I first noticed this house because it was on the corner of a main road and the very first property in this neighborhood. So I thought I would stop to see what was going on. When I first got up to the door there were 2 papers posted by the city inspectors. The first one was a notice of pending abatement declaring the property a nuisance. The second note listed all the violations including the tall grass and weeds over 12 inches, the tree branches and tree waste, and the trash and debris. So, I thought I would go ahead and get this property cleaned up and looking better for everyone that lives around it and has to drive by it every day. There was a ton of edging since it’s a corner house and sidewalks and curbing run on both sides.
