She starts by putting a teaspoon of matcha into one of the mugs, and pours a small amount of hot water into the mug (just enough to dissolve the matcha) - she then puts the matcha whisk to the side and pulls out a handheld blender. She then pours the milk into the second mug almost to the top. She puts that in her talking microwave. Once that’s out she pours the matcha mix into the milk and stirs.
