For Chutney:- 1/4 cup Sev 2-3 Green Chillies Small bunch of Mint Leaves 1 cup Coriander Leaves 1 Lemon, squeezed Salt as per taste 2-3 Ice Cubes . For Tikki:- . 1 cup Soya Chunks soaked in warm water for 2 hours 200 gm crushed Paneer 3-4 Green Chillies Small Ginger Knob 3-4 Garlic Cloves 1 cup of mix veggies (finely chopped Onion, Capsicum, French Beans & Carrot) Finely chopped Coriander 1/4 cup Besan 1.5 tsp Garam Masala 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder Salt as per taste . Method : . Chutney- In a mixie, take 1/4 cup Sev Add 2-3 Green Chillies Add a small bunch of Mint Leaves Add 1 cup Coriander Leaves Add 1 Lemon, squeezed Add Salt as per taste Add 2-3 Ice Cubes and grind smooth .
