Description
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside… and coated in the stickiest, richest honey garlic sauce 🤤
Air fried, easy to make, and perfect for dinner or your next appetizer spread. These wings disappear FAST.
Ingredients
For the Wings:
1.5 lb chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
1 tsp cornstarch
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
5–6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Prep the Wings
Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels (this helps them crisp up).
In a large bowl, toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Add baking powder and cornstarch. Mix well until all wings are evenly coated.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place wings skin-side up in a single layer. Lightly spray with oil.
Air fry for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Make the Sauce
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (do not let it burn).
Stir in soy sauce, then turn off the heat.
Add honey and mix until combined.
Stir in chopped parsley.
Toss & Serve
Pour the warm sauce over the crispy wings and toss until fully coated.
Sprinkle with extra parsley and serve immediately.
