But in one of the most shocking moments involving Alphonso “Mack” Mackenzie, his head literally opens up and there’s barely any sign of synthetic blood. So what happened to the realism? Was this a deliberate creative choice to keep the scene visually clean, or just a classic PG-13 limitation? This moment raises a bigger question about internal consistency in the Marvel TV universe.
