I’ve been obsessed with this edging lately ✨ It’s worked in the round using slip stitches, but the magic is in where you place them. After the first round, all the next rounds are worked into the back “V” stitches of the previous project row — basically into the same stitches every time. Instead of growing outward like regular rounds, the edge starts folding into itself and creates this subtle rounded i-cord effect. It’s such a tiny detail, but it makes the finish look so much neater and more polished 🤍 Definitely one of those techniques that quietly elevates a handmade piece.
