So, not just your regular roasted or boiled sweet corn with lemon & masala, here are 5 ways you can enjoy Sweet Corn!
Sharing with you how you can make your favourite street food, sweet corn in 5 different flavours.
And these 5 flavours are:
1. Tandoori Corn
2. Garlic Butter Corn
3. Delhi Style Masala Corn
4. Honey Chili Corn
5. BBQ Corn
Each of these flavours of sweet corn is very different from the other.
We will boil the corns on the cob and later either grill them with the different marinades or just brush them to enjoy them.

Recipes:
1. Tandoori Corn
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 5 -6 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 Boiled corn on the cob
¼ cup Hung curd
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
¼ tsp Garam masala powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp besan
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.
Brush over the corn cob. Marinate for 20 minutes.
And roast over flame for the charred look and taste. Baste with butter and serve.
2. Garlic Butter Corn
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 -6 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 boiled corn on the cob
¼ butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Red chili flakes
Oregano
Fried garlic
Chopped parsley
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients in the butter.
Brush over the corn cob.
And roast over flame for the charred look and taste. Baste with more butter and serve.
3. Delhi Style Masala Corn
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 5 -6 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 boiled corn on the cob
¼ cup tamarind paste
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp black salt
1 tbsp jaggery powder
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp salt
Method:
Cook together all the ingredients for the chutney with ½ cup water till thick.
Brush over the corn cob, top with chat masala and serve.
4. Honey Chili Corn
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 -6 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 boiled corn on the cob
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
Chili flakes
Salt to taste
Lemon juice
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients.
Brush over the corn cob, grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve brushed with more butter.
5. BBQ Corn
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 5 -6 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 boiled corn on the cob
BBQ Sauce as needed
Method:
Brush BBQ Sauce over the corn cob, grill for 2-3 minutes.
Serve brushed with butter.
