Andrew Adams recorded his angry neighbour after she brought out a piece of paper claiming that it stated the official lines for the area on August 2nd in Pleasant Hill, Illinois. The disagreement was allegedly in regard to where the man’s dogs were allowed to play outside, and as such, Andrew suggested that they pay for a surveyor to come out and show where the property lines were.
