The Global Immersion Guarantee (GIG) is your chance to learn from local leaders about how they’re working to address the human impact on the environment. See first-hand how to balance environmental protection and sustainability with economic and social development - and discover how you can contribute and make a difference. GIG is a funded 12-credit point fieldwork unit (MON2100) that takes you to one of eight countries at the end of your first year. You could travel to one of the following countries: - India - Indonesia - Fiji - Samoa - Vanuatu - Malaysia - Italy - China - Vietnam Take this unique opportunity to put your degree into practice and respond to some of the world’s biggest challenges.
