This is the Vauxhall Calibra GLS 16V finished in black, shown here as the N738NTG registered example. Built in 1996, it is powered by a 1.998 cc four cylinder petrol engine producing 134 BHP with 188 Nm of torque at 3.200 rpm. This version uses a four speed automatic gearbox and has a listed top speed of 130 mph. The Calibra was known for its sleek, aerodynamic design, which made it one of the most visually distinctive coupes of the 1990s. Based on Vauxhall’s Cavalier platform, it combined everyday usability with a more stylish and performance oriented appearance.
