Signal on the left: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a General Signals Type 3 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
Signal on the right: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Safetran Type 3 electronic bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
After catching A10 on the Champion Paper Branch in Courtland, I decided to continue on east to see if I could catch-up with 362 again. As I was heading into Decatur, I heard a 362 meeting a 289 at Irvington, so I decided to make my way over to this crossing for the 289. However, as I got here, I wound-up arriving just before A81 did, which also had to come to a complete stop before proceeding past a stop signal at 12th Avenue (with permission from the dispatcher) to get into Decatur Yard. Here we get to see NS A81 heading away from that stop, for my fourth and final time I got to catch them on this day.
Nothing has changed to this mid-90s NS install since I last recorded it.
