Subnautica but the rocket is a propulsion cannon - Razor Rando 09 - Toxicity

Can you believe it has been over 2 years since my last one of these... time to resurrect the Razor Rando madness! This is a more lightweight randomiser in many sense to the main published one, and it includes some starting equipment and soft-lock logic, within reason.
