He previously served as Consul at the Embassy of Chile in the Philippines from 2003 to 2008. President Marcos Jr. expressed his confidence that the bilateral relations between the Philippines and Chile will continue to grow with the return of an old friend to the country, and that both nations will keep fostering an even stronger and closer relationship.
