Description
The loud brassy calls & noisy screeching sounds of the Galah, one of Australia's colourful cockatoo species. Galahs (Eolophus roseicapilla) are generally common across much of Australia and can be found in huge noisy flocks. Their calls consist of muffled screeches and metallic splintered notes, along with harsher grating calls when alarmed.
The Galah calls in this video were recorded in the wild in outback NSW, Australia. More examples of wildlife sounds and bird calls can be found on my website https://wildambience.com/wildlife-sounds/
