The event is famous for showcasing Padayani, a traditional ritual art form known for its energetic performances, striking masks, and intricate costumes that leave a lasting impression on spectators. Among the festival’s most remarkable attractions is the Bhairavi Kolam, an extraordinary creation made from 1001 hand-painted areca nut fronds. This magnificent structure forms a breathtaking visual highlight and stands at the heart of the celebrations. The festivities draw to a close with the early morning Pooppada ritual, followed by the sacred Mangala Kolam dance, marking a vibrant and ceremonial conclusion.
