iiyama PC has announced two new ultra-lightweight mobile notebooks built around Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors and Microsoft’s Copilot+ PC platform requirements. The systems focus on combining portability, OLED display quality, and dedicated AI acceleration hardware in a compact 14-inch design. Both models became available in Japan starting May 13, 2026. The new notebooks are offered under the company’s STYLE and SOLUTION product families and weigh approximately 800 grams, placing them among the lighter notebooks currently available in the ultraportable category. Despite the lightweight chassis, iiyama equips both systems with a 14-inch OLED display featuring WUXGA resolution, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, and response times below 1ms. A key part of the platform is Intel’s integrated fifth-generation neural processing unit capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI compute performance. This allows the systems to comply with Microsoft’s Copilot+ PC requirements, enabling local AI acceleration for supported Windows 11 workloads and future AI-focused features integrated into the operating system. The lower-end STYLE-14FH132-U5-UCSX configuration includes an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X-7467 memory and a 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD. Wireless networking support includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. Battery life is rated at up to 13.6 hours during video playback and up to 16.1 hours while idle based on JEITA 3.0 testing standards. The notebook measures 312.5mm by 217mm with a thickness of 21.5mm and weighs approximately 0.84kg. The higher-end SOLUTION-14FH132-U7-UCSX model upgrades the hardware to an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor alongside 32GB of LPDDR5X-7467 memory. Storage remains unchanged at 500GB NVMe SSD capacity, while wireless connectivity specifications are identical to the Core Ultra 5 model. Battery life is slightly reduced, with ratings of up to 12.9 hours for video playback and 15.8 hours during idle operation. Weight is listed at approximately 0.83kg. Both notebooks ship with Windows 11 Home pre-installed and represent part of the growing industry transition toward AI-enhanced mobile PCs featuring integrated NPUs and higher-efficiency memory subsystems. Pricing starts at approximately $1,357 for the Core Ultra 5 model and approximately $1,604 for the Core Ultra 7 configuration.
