⚠️ Important Guidelines Before Practicing
1. Always practice on an empty stomach. Keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and your practice. If you've eaten fruits, a gap of 2 hours would be sufficient.
2. Wear loose comfortable cotton clothes. Please DO NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothes.
3. For best results, practice Pranayama after completing your asana practice.
