Bonnie and Clyde, Lydia Nikac’s two Malinois dogs, were shot and killed by NC State Highway Patrol Officer Justin Matt Maness. And now a first amendment battle is being fought in court over the right to share this footage with the public. Why do you think the state would want to hide the footage of this incident? You can't separate how law enforcement weaponizes dogs from how they execute our pets.
