After finding 65 holes in our van roof and getting them professionally welded, it was finally time to tackle the underbody. This job took us nearly 3 full days — grinding back rust, removing years of dirt and road grime, treating the bare metal with rust protection, and finishing it with a strong 3-in-1 protective paint. We also cleaned up the welded spots inside the roof, added oil-based protection, and painted everything so the van is properly sealed before insulation begins.
