Dry the tofu with paper towel. Press to squueze out the water 2. Mix the spices (Black Pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, red chili flakes, garlic powder), salt and sugar 3. Cut into bite size cubes. Spray with oil and sprinkle with the spices 4. Toss with cornstarch and transfer in the air-fryer. Spray oil. 5. Air-fryer at 350 for 6 minutes, then open and toss the air-fry again for another 6 minutes 6. Remove from the air-fryer and transfer in a bowl. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and toss to fully coat. 7. Return in the air fryer and air-fry at 350F for 5 minutes. This will dry up the BBQ sauce and will make it cling more to the tofu 8. Remove for the air-fryer. This is ready for serving 9. Mix all the ingredients for the Tahini dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. If you prefer thin dressing, add more water or add less if you want a thicker dressing. 9. Serve with rice or any grains of your choice and lots of fresh vegetables. Drizzle with dressing of your choice, I used Tahini dressing. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. ENJOY!
