So, I knocked on the door and didn’t get an answer and the neighbor told me he hasn’t seen anyone here for 3 to 4 weeks. So I decided I would go ahead and get it cleaned up for the neighborhood. During the edging along the main road, I was playing leap frog as the cars came by. About halfway down the curb, a cop pulled up and I thought I might be in trouble. They didn’t get out, so I finished real quick and went to talk to them.
