About Pindi Chole
Pindi Chole is a famous Punjabi delicacy that originated in the region of Rawalpindi. Unlike regular chole, this dish is known for its dark colour, bold spice profile, and dry-style preparation. Traditionally made without tomatoes and often cooked with a spice potli, Pindi Chole gets its signature flavour from whole spices, dried pomegranate seeds, amchur, and a generous touch of ghee. It is most commonly served with kulchas, bhaturas, or parathas and remains a timeless favourite across North India. 😋🥘
