Passing overhead in Yardley, Pennsylvania on a flight to Wings Field (LOM) in Blue Bell from Westover Metropolitan (CEF) in Springfield, MA a few miles to the northeast. I spotted the twin-engine piston airplane approaching at the last minute while at the SEPTA rail station waiting to catch another train & was caught completely by surprise. It then headed to Doylestown Airport (DYL) later on. Safe flying to the pilot!!
