This chocolate fudge cake is so delicious that you can enjoy it with frosting and without frosting too.
I have also shared with you the recipe of a chocolate frosting for the chocolate cake so easy that even kids can make it easily.

Recipe:
Chocolate Fudge Cake
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ baking soda
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup buttermilk
1 tsp vinegar
¼ cup coffee
For the frosting:
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
1 cup cream
2 tbsp butter
Method:
Preheat the oven at 180C for 10 mins.
Line a 7” tin.
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking powder to mix well.
Blend together the oil and sugar. Add the egg and emulsify well. Add the vanilla essence, buttermilk and blend well. Add the vinegar and the hot coffee and mix well.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and blend. Do not overmix.
Pour into the prepared tin and bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes till done.
Remove and cool.
Take chopped chocolate, cream and butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
Blend well till all the chocolate is melted and you have a glossy ganache.
Cool completely.
Cut the cake into 2 slices. Frost the cake as desired and serve.
